Do you offer tours?

Yes. While we don’t offer regularly scheduled tours, we would be more than happy to host you or a small group of people. Please call ahead and set up an appointment with us.

 

Do you have a tasting room/ restaurant?

No. We are strictly a production brewery.

 

Why did you close your brewpub?

In early 2005, we decided to refocus on the production aspect of the brewery. We moved our equipment to 544B West Liberty Street, added more fermentation tanks and installed a bottling line. We have been steadily expanding our distribution since.

 

Can I purchase BarrelHouse beer directly from the brewery?

Yes. We sell half barrels and sixth barrels as well as cases of 22oz. beers. We will also fill growlers to go.

 

Do you sell logo merchandise?

Yes. Follow the link on the bottom left hand of our home page.

 

Where can I buy BarrelHouse beer?

Please call the brewery and we will send you in the right direction.

 

Do you brew Wooden Shoe beer?

Yes. We brew Wooden Shoe Lager and Bock under contract for Andy Philpot.

 

When do you release seasonal beers?

BarrelHouse Bock- late February/early March

BarrelHouse Hefeweizen- May   

BarrelHouse Oktoberfest- late August/ early September

BarrelHouse Belgian Dubble- late October/ early November

 

Do I need to pre-order beer for pick-up?

No. Just give the brewery a call before you head our way.

 

Do you give labels to collectors?

Yes. Send us a self addressed and stamped envelope. Please include $1 per label set.
